A hat that changes to neon colors when you go outside? That would be from 1992, haha.

From what my parents told me, that Tootsie roll commercial was from the '60s originally in black-and-white. Nick used to air lots of 1950s/60s-era TV shows like "Lassie" and "Flipper" that I enjoyed watching, and when Nick-and-Nite before all those shows moved to its' own channel TV Land. Now by the current child obesity epidemic, the McD's commercial crew makes me laugh now: they must be obese adults today or work behind their counters for a job. (LoL)! +

I remember Nickelodeon in the early '90s, the "W5" news program to give news in a way kids can understand. My nephew who's age 8 watches Nick today and it's not the same "Kids' network" like me and my older half-sis remembers it from the early '80s when the channel had a rainbow, not the orange metaphoric logo. She loved "You can't do that on Television" and "Nick Rocks" that aired a half-hour program of music videos.+

Actually that tootie roll pop comm. dates back to the sixties or something. Don't believe me? Google it. It's WAAAY older than '92.

That Tootsie Pop commercial was from 1992? I saw it back in 2002. I think they still show that commercial on Nickelodeon. Crazy!
