It's Officer Rivieri, not Riviera. Actually, he's been filmed TWICE using excessive force. So the kids weren't supposed to be skateboarding in that area. Give them a ticket, don't threaten to smack one of them upside the head, then put him in a headlock and shove him to the ground, then badmouth his parents right in front of him.

is this "dude" your dad. correct me if im wrong but i think hes diffrent. dont get me wrong there are some cool cops out there. but the fucked up ones like these are what make people hate them. the department itself is great and much needed. but in every job there is always a duche its a shame even our police force is like this.
