That is just one possibility. Personally, I do think more that this refers to the code 30/30-150, which in warfare means "total nuclear annihilation". Ever noticed these numbers counting down in the vid? I'll think these symbolize the count down before firing nuclear rockets into Russia or whereever you may like them to, thus forcing Third World War and End of the Line for us. Anyways, it's just my opinion, if you think of something else, tell.
