I think it's good to just sit down and negotiate with Tehran, however big the differences. The EU "soft power" approach works so much better than the US "hard power" approach.

Poly, I would agree with you, that there are still a lot of dictatorial regimes, that has not had Solana as a visitor, but he is doing his best to catch up!
