Hey bob, i was wondering... are there any cool quick tips or devices i can use to minimize the sound my snare makes when i hit other drums (the ringing of the snares underneath) without compromising the sound of the snare drum too much?

The Tama Rockstars are fine entry level drums. There are many others as well. Pearl, Gretsch, Pacific (DW), Ludwig make competitive products. Best to listen to them at a local dealer before a final choice.

i really like the sounds of your drums, i dont actually play drums yet (although i know a few things) but i'm looking at a tama rockstar kit. i was wondering if you had any opinions on rockstar kits and if they would be a good for a beginner like me, thanks in advance

It is a Pearl vision series. I have a lot of trouble tunning the toms. I can't get the correct sound. It is not the drum kit, it is me dealing with the tune process. Please, Can you help me?
