Dude immortal technique is like the most overrated underground rapper. :/Agreed with Em and BIG topping him though.They had sick multisyllabic rhymes and pac couldn't match with their word play.I'd say Big L can top him too.Some other rappers could also in my opinion.Still, much respect to him for having a huge impact in hip hop.RIP Tupac.
